Goods are shipped from Bunny & Moon Copenhagen, Denmark within 3 days of receipt of payment. For very fragile items, kindly allow for up to 6 days.

Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. kindly notify us of the return by email prior to dispatch. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes all original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Bunny & Moon and for the return expenses. Once we receive the item we will make a refund to the credit card used for purchasing. If you want to return a product, please send an email to hello@bunnyandmoon.com.
